Questions & Answers:

I'm interested in talking to you about a wedding. What should I do now?
You can email us at wedding@eapfilms.com or if you preferred to meet us, we can arrange a home visit.  Alternatively, you can call us on 01384 263224 or 07746 709030.
How many cameras do you use?
A very good question.  We would prefer to use 2 cameras, however, some church locations will only allow photography from certain angles and so one may only be required.
What does the price include?
Everything.  We don't charge for extra time spent at your wedding or have any hidden costs. The price you are given is the price you'll pay. It won't change unless you change your package, obviously.
When do you arrive at the church?
We like to arrive at the church 60 minutes before the service to film the location while it's quiet.  It's these details that you may miss once guests being to arrive.  They also make great title cards and cover shots.
What will you wear on the day?
We always wear suits, shirts and ties.  Nothing less.
Will you be getting in the way at my wedding service?
This depends on the kind of style you wish to have for your wedding.  For a "traditional wedding", we pick our spots and stay there. The only time we move is for the signing and then only with the permission of the church and the client.  For "documentary" and "film", there may be the odd time where we may use the camera crane for those exciting filmic shots.  BUT all these styles shall be discussed with you weeks in advance including the gear we shall be using on the day.  All-in-all, we wish to remain invisible as much as possible.

My Uncle said he will record the day...
Although your Uncle will record your day with your best interests at heart and as his present to you, but does he have the right equipment and experience?  Will he resist the celebration?  We use the latest Sony broadcast quality cameras, radio mics, high definition recording equipment and stay sober ensuring your day is captured in its entirety.  After 20 years, we want you to be able to look back on your Wedding DVD and feel very proud.
Will you film the dinner?
No. The dinner is a chance for you and the guests to relax and enjoy yourselves.
How long does it take to complete the edit?
The all important question!  We do try and have your wedding completed within 8 weeks.  Depending on the time of year, the time period may be brought forward.  We shall always send you one DVD for proofing.  It will come attached with a proof form, which will give you your chance to state the problems or changes to make.  Once we have received this form, we shall spend 1 week making these changes.  We shall then distribute your DVD's for you to enjoy with your friends and family.
Do you have insurance?
Yes. We are fully insured including public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
Do you mic the groom to record the vows?
A common question that often gets put towards us.  In shot - Yes.  We will place wireless microphones on the Groom to record your vows.  Similarly with the speeches if there aren't already microphones to boost those vocals.
